Description:
The Process Analyst provides development and support for process design related to the implementation and/or evaluation of new systems. This includes business processes and also IT operational processes related to information risk management and Systems Development Life Cycle. Specific knowledge & skills include:

Required Skills
5 + years of experience in process analysis and design
Strong analytical skills
ITIL operational process experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, required
Black-belt consultant, preferred.
Experience in a utility environment supported by SAP, preferred.
Security or risk management experience, preferred
Information governance experience, preferred
ITIL certification, helpful
ARIS experience, helpful
Knowledge of SOX, CIP, PCI, HIPAA, as well as other compliance regulations, helpful
