Description of Contractor Duties:
The Business Analysts will ensure consistent documentation and deployment of policies and procedures to all level one operations staff through the following:
The Business Analyst will participate in meetings, observe, rationalize, and interpret discussions to build a variety of business policies and procedures using process flows and other models to capture and share outputs.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting interim discussion notes, directional agreements, and operational processes that are important to the success of the WDPR Infrastructure Operations team.
They will elicit, analyze, validate, and document business organizational and/or operational requirements and will be responsible to ensure the product is delivered according to the agreed requirements.
They will partner with other teams to thoroughly understand existing services, and collaborate on future service integration in the environment

Required skills:
ITIL Foundations certification
Minimum 4+ years work experience in business analyses and/or documentation development role
Procedure and process documentation experience in an IT related environment
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability
Demonstrated strong business planning skills
Demonstrated strong partnering and meeting facilitation skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
