Leona Lewis and Swedish house DJ Avicii have come to an agreement over a track on Lewis' new song "Collide." Avicii accused Lewis' record label, Syco, of using a sample from his single "Fade Into Darkness" for her song. The two sides were to battle over the issue in a UK legal hearing, but reached an agreement out of court beforehand. Sony announced today that "Leona Lewis and Avicii will work together on the forthcoming single, 'Collide.' " Said Avicii's executive producer Ash Pournouri, "The most important settlement for us was that we got recognition in the credits for our work, and that we can move on from this."
