Are Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson engaged?
According to US Weekly, Johnson proposed Thursday night, a week after Simpson's ex-husband Nick Lachey became engaged to his girlfriend of five years, Vanessa Minnillo.
Simpson's rep told TVGuide.com: "We don't comment on Jessica's personal life."
Simpson, 30, began dating the 31-year-old former National Football League player in May while he was still with his first wife, Keri Johnson. The Johnsons' divorce was finalized last month.
