In the morning, he stopped into the West Los Angeles location and did some cardio, first on a bike and then onto a treadmill for a run. Later on, he returned to the gym and finished his regimen with an evening swim. According to an onlooker, Pavelka looked "pretty upbeat" and was concentrating on his workout routines.

The actor was drinking champagne and vodka in the back room, where he was hanging out at a table with Audrina Patridge's recent ex Ryan Cabrera. (Salling, too, was linked with the former Hills starlet.) The surprise pals were chatting up a storm, laughing and pouring drinks. Later, Salling was spotted outside chatting up a brunette.

• Hours before heading to the New York Yankees game, Tyra Banks stopped into New York's Limelight Marketplace for lunch. The supermodel picked up gazpacho and a salad, than walked through the apothecary area to find some beauty products.

• While Paula Patton was filming scenes for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit at New York's Empire Hotel, her husband, Robin Thicke, was working nearby, interviewing possible nannies for the couple's 4-month-old son, Julian Fuego, in the Lobby Bar.
