Job Title:MID-LEVEL Project Manager
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $48-50/hr on 1099
Description: Our client is seeking a Mid-level Project Manager. They must have an Application Development Background, proven experience with SDLC, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. PMP is good to have, but not required. Must have a good learning attitude. Microsoft Suite skills are critical. Onshore/ Offshore is a plus. Healthcare is a MUST. Within this role they will be challenged and need to have a positive learning attitude.
1.) Large company PM experience running projects within a System Development Life Cycle creating customized software. (i.e., no Server upgrades or ERP installations)
2.) Experience in a dedicated PM role -- (i.e., no PM/Business Analyst or PM/Tech Lead types)
3.) Experience driving large, geographically disbursed IT team
