Position: Project Analyst / Planner
Location:Jackson, Mi
Duration: 6+months
Job Description:
This position is accountable for providing support to Project Demand Management in planning and monitoring key projects from concept through implementation. They
gather and analyze data to facilitate establishment and maintenance of the organization's Master Schedule. They also assist in preparing various reports that cover forecast
reports, budget status, and other management related reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates preparation of external and internal external reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from departments and systems.
• Reporting on deliverables and schedules, as well as working on overall project planning.
• Evaluating and monitoring the efficiency and performance of programs to make sure that program execution is on target.
• Performing analysis to assist with evaluation of resource availability across the organization and allocation of resources
• Monitoring program work plans, reviewing program resourcing, and preparing reports to determine whether resources are deployed as required.
Qualifications:
• Ability to analyze issues and situations systematically.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Excel is required.
•Experience with Clarity, Open Workbench, and HP Service Manager 7 is highly desirable.
