We are s searching for an individual who will function as a Software Developer II/Business Analyst supporting Global Markets Foreign Exchange Trading.
Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of current development experience.
Experience with FX Trading applications, algorithm development, and market data/liquidity is preferred.
This role will assist with the implementation of a new FX trading application as well as provide ongoing production support for the new application.

This role will assist with the implementation of a new FX trading application as well as provide ongoing production support for the new application.
The primary responsibilities include:
-Review and analyze SDLC lifecycle documentation to determine whether all required elements have been included.
-Consult with FX Product Management and FX Trading to document information about custom development needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements as well as system enhancements.
-Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, compliance, and outputs.
-Use Linux/Jave to code to spec from Business Requirements and System Designs.
-Utilize any special programming techniques necessary to achieve the most effective program, especially when creating custom execution algorithms as specified by FX traders.
-Test code as well as run UAT testing with user community
-Monitor and improve performance of new system after implementation.
-Work as part of a team across multiple locations and time zones
-End-end incident tracking and client follow-up, including post mortem.
-Provide production support after new system implementation
