Description:
5+ Yrs providing functional support to HR business users of SAP HR Payroll
- Extremely strong phone communication skills � most support for users will be over the phone
- Must be very proactive in resolving issues and straightforward in communication style
- Adept in dealing with impatient users
- Needs to be comfortable giving presentations to peers
- Some understanding of SAP CATS (Cross Appication Timekeeping System) and how it inter-relates to HR Payroll
- Understanding of the SAP Payroll support requirements for state taxes and union rules that are different for each state in which the client is located
- Understanding of the SAP Payroll support requirements unique to the state of California
DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
Experience supporting SAP HR Payroll in a plant environment
Some technical experience is a plus, specifically configuration &/or data conversion
