They don't call her the G.O.A.T. for nothing.
Serena Williams arrived at the 2019 "Camp: Notes on Fashion"-themed Met Gala on Monday wearing a neon yellow Atelier Versace gown embellished with hundreds of hot pink 3D leaf appliqués.
The dress, which features large puff sleeves and a long train, was finished off with a pair of matching yellow Off-White x Nike sneakers guaranteed to make the Olympian the most comfortable guest on the red carpet.
The Grand Slam champ, 37, is one of the hosts of the Anna Wintour-helmed event, alongside Lady Gaga and Harry Styles.
This year's theme is a play on Susan Sontag's 1964 essay "Notes on 'Camp,'" which launched the term — referring to a love of over-the-top exaggeration and the intersection of high and low art — into the mainstream.
Williams previously attended the Met Gala in 2017 while pregnant with her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.
