Tennis star Serena Williams, 35, and her new fiancé, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, 33, celebrated their engagement and New Year's Eve on New Zealand's Waiheke Island.
The couple, who just announced their engagement — via a poetic post on Reddit's "r/isaidyes" forum — after Ohanian popped the question in Rome, were seen boarding a helicopter in Auckland to head to the island, which is famed for its vineyards, olive groves and beautiful beaches.
The two have dated since fall 2015.
