Grammy winner Alicia Keys and her hip-hop producer hubby, Swizz Beatz, are selling their mountainside mansion in Phoenix for $3.85 million.
Sitting atop Camelback Mountain, the 7,881-square-foot, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired domicile features 20-foot windows, providing amazing views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
It may have been love at first sight for Keys and this four-bedroom mansion, which she named Dreamland because it was a "dream come true," according to a statement she and Beatz released to the Arizona Republic. Keys purchased the home in 2008 through the appropriately named Dreamland Trust for $3.9 million.
Built in 2004, the home features a six-car garage, 800-bottle wine cellar, game room with wet bar, elevator, gym and a wraparound two-level patio with an infinity pool. It's located in a cul-de-sac.
According to the Republic, Keys and Beatz are selling because they don't anticipate using the property as much as previously planned. With two young kids, they are juggling parenthood and busy careers. Their statement said they'd love to sell to a desert dweller who buys into their dream: "We want someone who could fully use and appreciate this wonderful home."
