Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are expanding their real estate portfolio.
A source confirms the musical spouses are building a bigger mansion in New Jersey from the ground up. "They want more outdoor space . . . a bigger pool. They love having family over and entertaining their kids," says a source.
The couple purchased Eddie Murphy's 25,000-square-foot Englewood mansion in 2012 after moving out of Lenny Kravitz's former Soho penthouse, but apparently it isn't big enough. It features a movie theater, indoor pool, recording studio and bowling alley.
Keys and Beatz, avid art collectors, own works by Jean- Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring. They've put the home on the market for $14.9 million.
