Fans of "The Walking Dead" have the opportunity to experience a once-in-a-lifetime experience with Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne. All they have to do for a chance is donate to a worthy cause.
Gurira is hosting a charity raffle where a fan will win a trip for two to the "Walking Dead" Season 6 premiere at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Not only is flight and hotel covered in the prize, but Gurira will take the lucky fans backstage at the event.
As if that weren't enough, the winner also gets a trip for two to Atlanta, Ga. to visit the show's set. While there the fans will have lunch with Gurira, go through a weapons training session — which includes crossbow lessons — and get made up like a zombie for photos. Gurira will also prepare them for an actual zombie apocalypse by throwing in a "go bag" loaded with survival gear for the winner.
To enter, fans need to donate a minimum of $10 to Gurira's Crowd Rise fundraiser, which is collecting money to support the Almasi Arts Alliance. The goal of the group, which Gurira co-founded, is to enrich the dramatic arts industry in Zimbabwe.
Even if you don't win the raffle, there are still opportunities for prizes. There are a variety of donation levels that come with different perks, including signed photos, shirts and even videos from Gurira.
The raffle ends Sept. 24.
