Zoe Saldana ("Star Trek Into Darkness") stars as Rosemary in the adaptation of Ira Levin's 1967 novel (which was previously made into a 1968 film starring Mia Farrow). "Suits" star Patrick J. Adams plays her husband, Guy.

The story of "Rosemary's Baby" has Saldana's character becoming increasingly concerned about both her pregnancy and her initially friendly new neighbors in Paris, Roman (Jason Isaacs) and Margaux (Carole Bouquet) Castavet. Guy appears to be comforting her in the photo, but the look on his face isn't especially warm.

The four-hour "Rosemary's Baby" is being targeted for May, though an exact airdate hasn't been set.
