Forget the honeymoon period!
Kelly Rowland is currently on cloud nine as she plans for her upcoming wedding to Tim Witherspoon.
E! News caught up with the songstress at the Hennessy VS presents Never Stop., Never Settle event in New York City in honor of the Super Bowl.
When asked if she's getting ready for her upcoming nuptials, Rowland told us, "I really plan on it being a very special day between me and my sweetheart."
She added, "Whatever we do we just want it to be special and between he and I and just make it something that we both remember and just for us. It's our gift to ourselves."
So will the former Destiny's Child singer provide the musical entertainment that evening?
"I don't know," she revealed. "I think I would be a little shy to be completely honest." Aww!
And while she and her longtime beau and manager are putting the finishing touches on their wedding, one major thing needs to be sorted out: the flower girl.
Hmmm…who could possibly be better to take on the responsibility than Blue Ivy, right?!
"That's hilarious," she told us while giggling. "I can't answer that question just yet."
That wasn't a flat-out no, people!
And speaking of baby Blue, Rowland caught up with Beyoncé and Jay Z towards the end of the party.
The gal pals danced in the VIP section and checked out photos on each other's cellphones while Nas performed a full set for the packed crowd.
Sounds like a fun night!
