Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade enjoyed a romantic New Year's Eve together just a few days after news broke that the sports star fathered a child with another woman that isn't his bride-to-be.

Union, 41, and Wade, 31, who got engaged just over a week ago, jetted down to the Bahamas to party at the Resorts World Bimini hotel with his Miami Heat teammate Chris Bosh and Bosh's wife Adrienne Williams Bosh.

During the NYE festivities, Wade and Union were all smiles and looked as in love as ever while partying the night away in festive party hats. Union sported a sleek black dress for the evening while Wade looked dapper in a black and white suit.

"Brought the NewYrs in with my beautiful fiancé and great friends," Wade wrote on Instagram with a pic of the foursome, adding, "2013 was filled with ups and downs...without them u can't grow. So I'm better now becuz of them. 2014 I'm ready...#UnionWade."

Union also shared pics of her and their group partying the night away on Instagram, writing, "Great times with great friends! Thank you #worldresortbimini for an amazing experience! Union and Wade's festive and romantic getaway comes just days after news broke that Wade fathered a child outside his relationship with Union, who he proposed to the week before just days before Christmas.

Wade confirmed that baby mama controversy, saying, "I had a time, a part in our break, in our pain and our hurt, a blessing came out of it in my life, having a son that was born healthy. So I'm moving on."
