Spies at the EMM Group hotspot said the tennis champ handed off Chip to her manager to dog-sit nearby as she enjoyed cocktails with family and friends. (We hear Chip stuck to water in his own separate area outside.) At the end of the night, a spy said, "Her manager brought her pup to her, and Serena greeted Chip with a big smile" before heading into the night.
