One thing to consider, however, is that Presley's career took off two years before the Billboard Hot 100 was created in 1964. Lucky for Rihanna.

Not only has she tied Elvis Presley, but she's ousted Madonna as the fastest woman to collect 25 Top 10s in Billboard Hot 100 history. Madge still rules as having the most Top 10s, however, with 38.
