Grey's Anatomy is finally back — and with it, the new Season 10 cast shot!
The group photo was being kept under wraps until the season premiere because — Spoiler alert if you haven't watched it! — the photo reveals that Webber (James Pickens Jr.) actually survived being electrocuted!
