The couple was spotted enjoying a cozy dinner date at new Soho restaurant Charlie Bird. Spies tell us they enjoyed a "quiet, romantic date and were drinking wine." At one point, Bey and Jay were spotted "wishing a pregnant couple sitting nearby good luck." Bey recently dashed baby rumors by showing off a very flat midriff.
