Position Summary
Will be a member of the Enterprise Data Management team, working with Business Analyst, Architects, DBAs, ETL Developers and Business Objects Developers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and data specifications and develop Data Integration/ ETL processes and programs. Work with internal business customers to analyze information requirements needed to support business processes and business goal achievement and work with other IT team members to deliver targeted solutions

Principle Accountabilities & Deliverables
Serves on a team responsible for implementing, expanding, and maintaining the organizations enterprise-wide EDW and reporting solution (SAP Business Objects XI) by participating in all phases of development and administration including, data integration, and reporting.
Works directly with internal business customers to define critical information needed to support business processes and business goal achievement. Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Works with other IT team members to deliver targeted solutions and to ensure solid cross-functional decisions are made.
Creates and modifies ETL processes and programs.
Ensures standards and best practices are followed, documented and maintained.
Troubleshoots issues, researches data quality problems and reconciles information between systems as needed.
Assists in end user UAT and QA cycles as needed
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related technical discipline
Must have very strong T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SSIS
Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and 2008
6+ years SQL Server 2000/5/8 experience
3+ years Oracle 10x+ experience
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Source Safe
SDLC/ Agile experience with development & implementation practices experience
Demonstrate technical skills in Oracle, including PL/SQL and Oracle tool set
Must have Unix experience
Experience with the Netezza Performance Server a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong process orientation, work ethic and personal discipline
Must be a team player
Must be available to start immediately
