Power Analysis
Student's T-Test
Multiple Comparison Correction
Feature Selection
Machine Learning

 

Programming Tools
Experience in any including:
R
Matlab
SAS
S++
Java
C
C++
Unix
Script
Parallel Computing

 

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

 

Project/Program:
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

 

Excellent self-management skills
Degree
o   PhD in Bioinformatics or Biostatistics preferred
MS (in Bioinformatics or Biostatistics) and 2+ years experience acceptable
