Janet Jackson is engaged to her Qatari billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana, according to a new report.

Al Mana, 37, "gave [Jackson] a huge, expensive ring," earlier in the year, reports US Weekly, adding, "She's afraid it will get lost, so she keeps it locked up!"

The report says the nuptials are set for this spring in Qatar, and that the celebration, "will cost millions." "He is flying in all of Janet's friends and family on private jets," a source tells the weekly magazine. "He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu."

Jackson, 46, has been married twice before and split from hip hop producer and rapper Jermaine Dupri in 2009.

"She wants kids," the report says.. "If she can't have them, she will adopt."
