Basic Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in computer science/mathematics or a degree in related field.
* At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with a BRMS product, preferably ILOG JRules v 6.x and above.
* Experience with integrating applications using SOA/web services
* Experience in automated unit testing, using JUnit or similar methodologies/frameworks.
* Experience with XML and XSLT and parsing of large datasets in real-time processing.
* Experience in working with Clearcase, Clearquest and Remedy tools
* Excellent understanding of Weblogic application server and deploying applications on the application servers.
* Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting application related performance issues.
* Experience with writing build scripts (using ant, maven) for automated deployment
* Good working knowledge of Unix operating system

* Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
* Proven experience with troubleshooting production problems, perform root cause analysis and fix issues.
* Experince in developing enterprise applications using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
* Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including developers, testers and business stakeholders
