QA Supervisor For our manufacturing client in Northern New Jersey, we are seeking a top-notch QA Supervisor to act as an internal quality consultant, be able to plan, implement and follow software quality standards, methods and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for both hands-on technical testing and managing/directing the work of other resources on the team.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IS, or related experience.
10 years' QA Testing experience.
3 + years' leadership/mentoring experience including performance reviews of 2+ resources.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of QA Testing Suites, Mercury LoadRunner, performance testing tools, Microsoft SQL (a Plus), knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 9x/2000/XP Operating Systems.

Interacting with business users to plan, document and conduct appropriate QA testing.
Exercising strong management, leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
