Description:
Database Administration on Oracle 10g and above, RAC, Streams, DataGuard & RMAN Advanced knowledge of DataGuard Hands on experience on oracle streams and Golden Gate.
* Intense production database experience, including on-call
* 8+ years as an Oracle DBA, not a database developer
* Moderate shell scripting savvy
* Performance tuning on large (5+TB) databases Sufficient architectural knowledge to prevent unsustainable platforms from reaching production
* 2+ years RAC/ASM experience
* RDBMS tuning experience (Oracle 10g or 11g).
* Strong knowledge of Unix
* Hands on experience in writing shell scripts Problem debugging skills and interacting with Oracle support
