Job Description:
Position Requirements:
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Needs minimal direction for understanding and documenting business processes; Needs minimal direction with work in order to meet established timeframes to complete tasks; Experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle phases;
Ability to work well with Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership); Ability to work well in a Team environment; Needs minimal direction and coaching in facilitating requirements gathering sessions; Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Controls; MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Requirements gathering; Use Case creation ; Understanding of OO Analysis and Design; Data analysis; Experience with MS Project

Responsibilities include:
* Learn the business processes associated with the assigned subsystems.
* Work with the production support team to resolve complex production issues.
* Test new code provided in monthly releases.
* Work with the Finance department to identify and scope application enhancements.
* Participate on projects and gather requirements for changes required to the revenue accounting application.
* Develop and execute test plans, scenarios and test scripts.
* Understand the use of Master Data in the application.
* Understand and work with the Tivoli job schedules.
