Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience/certifications
Senior level experience in computer and communications technology
Specific technical experience should include:
Experience with computing hardware (IBM Technology), system software (AIX), administration tools and monitoring
Experience with AIX 5.3, as well as 6.1 or 7.1
Server racking best practices
Data center equipment and housing standards
Server network switching and cabling standards
Project Management
Strong experience with IBM virtualization technologies
Experience working with HP hardware
Experience interfacing with Oracle databases
Strong technical abilities and/or client focus
Proven problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information
Strong analytical, conceptual and coordination skills
