The slugger was spotted doing a double take during dinner at Philippe Miami when singer CeCe Segarra, who has a similar look to Rihanna, walked in. A spy tells us Kemp's eyes were so fixated on the stunner that his friend started to tease him for staring. Kemp then lowered his hat and smiled at his friend. Segarra will release an album next year and a song in January featuring Busta Rhymes.
