Position:QA Analysts (multiple positions)
Location:NYC,NY
Duration:3+years
Description:
The QA Analyst will be responsible for checking the accuracy of Membership data, checking for data that includes Social Security Numbers, Membership Numbers, dependent family names, product benefits and other information. A solid comprehension of the Health Insurance Membership and Enrollment process and attention to detail is critical to the success of this project.
While the right candidate may have testing in their background, we are NOT looking for testers or Claims processors. Experience with EDI transaction sets is critical.
Required Skills:
· 5 Years of hands on Health Insurance Membership and/or Enrollment experience (ie. On a daily basis the QA Analyst will analyze sales documentation, interpret the information in the document and validate the information that has been entered into the Enrollment System, document discrepancies and revalidate as necessary.)
· 5 years of Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated analysis experience
· Ability to investigate and determine issues and solve problems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· TAKE CHARGE individuals able to take initiative to get things done and follow up without supervision.
