Descriptiion:
As a Lead Developer for the Pharmacy Web team, you will:
Develop an understanding of business needs and translate those needs into technical design specifications and solutions which optimize business outcomes
Provide development and ongoing software support and issue resolution
Partner with business people to understand application requirements and develop programming specifications for development staff
Lead other developers
Automate repetitive software development tasks in order to reduce errors and increase team efficiency – automated unit testing, automated build & deploy
Provide input to IT strategy

Strong .NET technical design abilities
Open systems development experience in .Net, C#, ASP, SQL
3+ years of enterprise level, web application development experience
Experience creating technical specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree
