Job Description:
Lotus Notes Developer:
will be responsible for all parts of system development life cycle.
Candidate should have excellent analytical and development skills to support implemented solution.
Lotus Notes Developer:
will be responsible for all parts of system development life cycle.
Candidate should have excellent analytical and development skills to support implemented solution.
• Windows XP Domino ND8.5 environment
• Perform all technical processes related to our system development life cycle
• Responsibilities will include system definition, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, optimization and implementation
• Will also be responsible for creating test plans and supporting documentation
• Create new applications as well as make enhancements and handle maintenance for existing applications
• Work with customers to understand their business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions that meet the customer's business requirements, budget and schedule
• Integrate solutions into the technical Infrastructure by staying abreast of current Domino/Notes standards and industry technology
• Monitor application changes and identify potential impacts to the Infrastructure
• Perform project management tasks as needed to ensure enhancements are delivered on time, on-budget and meet user requirements
• Possibility of on-call responsibilities

Skills Required:
• ND8.5 Lotus Notes Development including Web enabled systems
• Proficiency in Lotus Script, JavaScript, HTML, Sub-forms, Script Libraries, Pages, Framesets, Views, Navigators, Agents, Domino Designer and Domino XML, Domino.Doc, SQL, WebServices, API
• Great communication skills including with non-technical clients
• Problem isolation and solving skills
• Develop and modify high quality software in a timely and effective manner
• Willingness to take initiative to learn and develop new technical skills as needed
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Windows Operating Systems
