Job Description:
Respondants should already know the SSIS ETL tool in order to assume responsibilites for existing components
The ETL Developer will work within the Finance BI CoE in support of ETL development efforts for various business intelligence, reporting, and data warehousing projects. The role will be responsible for creation of ETL scripts and the execution and maintenance of existing ETL based processes (written in SSIS). Working with business user and business analysts to understand the business and application requirements. Develop an understanding of the data – what it is, where it comes from, where it is going and what transformations are being done to it. Review data models with the data architect to ensure that the current design can support the business and reporting requirements. Respondant to preferred to have 4+ years of hands-on with SSIS, including distributed operations and data warehouse ETL process flows
