This position will be based in Marlborough with occasional travel to Boston.
Keys to the Job
1. At least 2 - 5 years of Business Analyst experience with Financial Services Experience
They will be Primarily writing Business Requirements and UAT Testing
2. SQL Skills
3. Good Cultural Fit
4. Ability to work in Marlborough with occasional travel to Boston
Understanding and experience with Pricing or Reference Data a big plus, but not required

Minimum 2-5 years of business analysis and project experience throughout a project lifecycle, preferably in a financial services environment
Degree in Finance, Information Science, or related discipline. Advanced degree or related professional certification preferred.
Working knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including; SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases and data marts
Working knowledge of data vendor products (e.g. Bloomberg, IDC, Thomson Reuters)
Experience with security valuation models and workflow supporting security valuation
Good written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused individual
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Creative thinker, fast learner, and curious

As part of the Data Infrastructure Team, the Pricing Analyst is a key member of Investment Data & Derivative Services, providing tactical and strategic data-related business analysis and project management to the entire firm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and project management skills, solid technical abilities, and several years of experience working with security valuation. This individual must excel within both a team and individual contributor and have an understanding of one of the investment, client service, and investment operations functions.
Job Responsibilities
Provide business analysis for firm-wide data projects and enhancements to existing WMC applications
Project management responsibilities include defining requirements, participating in solution creation, and integration into business processes
Diagnose pricing exceptions and recommend controls to ensure data accuracy
Research questions posed by WMC data users
