Job Summary:
•Responsible for writing systems specifications (requirements) for Avaya, CISCO ICM, and some Genesys-related systems changes
•Will work with the development team to implement the changes
•Will plan, analyze, design, develop, implement and test call routing solutions to support business requirements for contact centers
•Will support the ICM routing platform, provide project timelines, identifying responsibilities and work with cross functional teams, business owners, and call center team leads to design solutions to meet goals of both the business and the customer

Requirements:
***Must have experience writing systems specifications (requirements) for Avaya, CISCO ICM, and some Genesys-related systems changes
•Must have experience working with a development team to implement contact center system changes
•Must have experience planning, analyzing, and designing call routing solutions to support business requirements for contact centers
•Must have experience with IVR, Cisco ICM, Avaya and Genesys within contact centers
•Must have experience designing and documenting changes to IVR call flows
•Must have strong communication and customer service skills because you will be required to work with internal and external clients to develop solutions
•Must have permanent authorization to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship
The client is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in a call center doing call routing or call diagrams.
