Duration:1 year contract
Description:
Provide daily operational support for Sales Order Management and Accounts Receivable processing, including first level support for system related issues
Review system issues for escalation, provide recommendations for resolution
Manage corrective action(s) with respect to business processes and overall system related issues, including prioritization of issues in terms of business impact, resolution effort and availability of workarounds
Originate, develop, document, test, implement, and support manual and automated solutions to business problems; produce and support solutions that meet end-user and system requirements
Oversee policy/procedure development and implementation, maintenance and legal compliance
Produce updated documentation to satisfy requirements of Internal and External Systems Audits as appropriate.
Identify and document operational excellence initiatives; approve, coordinate and implement business process improvements utilizing project management methodologies, various technologies and resources.
Qualify initial enhancement proposals(build the business case/quantify the value proposition)
Review enhancement specification documents, coordinate testing and approval to ensure successful execution and implementation
Develop, Review and Q/A test cases; perform application User Acceptance and Regression for new release; evaluate and report implementation of functionality changes.
Create standard reports for measurement of activity, review reports with appropriate levels of management to discuss trends in activity, customer behavior and recommend operational efficiency opportunities.
Provide superior customer relationship management services through various touch-points in resolving customer issues and inquiries and service requests
BA/BS degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience required
2-5 years of applicable Sales Order Management / Accounts Receivable experience; preferably within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Basic Project Management skills and experience
Experience with the implementation and support of complex/ integrated systems
Demonstrated experience with analytical and reporting toolsets
