BEYONCE TO PERFORM LIVE ON ABC'S "THE VIEW," THURSDAY, JULY 28

Multi-million selling music artist Beyonce will perform her hit single "Best Thing I Never Had" and "1+1" live, THURSDAY, JULY 28 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET) on ABC's "The View," it was announced today by Bill Geddie, executive producer.

In June the Texas born superstar, who turns 30 on September 4, released her fourth studio album "4," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It was recently announced that she will star in a remake of the classic film "A Star is Born," to be directed by Clint Eastwood.

Beyonce, one of the best-selling music artists of all time, is also one of the most honored by the Grammys, with a total of 16 (13 as a solo artist), and is the recipient of numerous awards. She was honored at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards as recipient of the Billboard Millennium Award.
The multi-faceted singer has sold more than 75 million records worldwide as a solo artist.
