Position:Business Analyst
Location: Virginia
Duration:12-month+ long-term contract

Job Description:

We are currently searching for a Business Analyst .  Qualified candidates will have experience with the development of large-scale web applications.  The ideal candidate will work

closely with project leads and architects to analyze functions, programs, reports, and interfaces from existing applications.

 Requirements:

-5+ years of business analysis experience.
-HP Quality Center experience a plus.
-Recent experience with Cobol and possess the ability to read and understand Cobol.
-Use-case design, mock-ups, wire-frame
