{blackbabes} Faith Evans's Estranged Hubby -- STILL Her Manager

Good help is hard to find -- in fact, it's so hard ... Faith Evans has decided to KEEP her estranged husband Todd Russaw as her manager ... despite filing for divorce from him last month.

Faith tells TMZ, the divorce proceedings haven't changed a thing -- "Todd is going to be my manager still. I have a lot of personal things going on right now. My main focus is [my daughter] Chyna graduating from high school next week."

As we previously reported, Faith filed for divorce last month -- citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple was married in 1997, but separated in 2005. They have two minor children.
