An aspiring singer auditioned for Ciara in the ladies' room of Lord & Taylor during an event celebrating the store's renovation. The party benefiting VH1's Save the Music Foundation, where some of the foundation's students performed, was held on several different floors. While Ciara was being ushered from floor to floor, a witness reports, "she noticed one student looking upset." The girl was set to perform next, but Ciara was about to miss it. "Ciara took her into a nearby bathroom for a one-on-one performance of 'Over the Rainbow,' " the source said. Ciara then offered the youngster some words of wisdom.
