The 19-year-old gymnast ended her incredible first Olympics on Tuesday by claiming gold for a fourth time in Rio – this time in the floor exercise final.
Biles bested teammate, close friend and 2016 silver-medalist Aly Raisman – the 2012 London gold medalist in the event – with a score of 15.966.
Raisman won the silver medal with a score of 15.500 and Great Britain's Amy Tinkler took the bronze after scoring 14.933
The champion performed her Brazilian-inspired routine, which incorporates the aptly named original double layout with a half twist out move – the Biles – to a roaring cheer from the crowd.
In the stands to support both women were teammates Gabby Douglas and Laurie Hernandez, who stood up and cheered after their routines.
This is the fifth medal total for the Olympic rookie who bested competitors in the individual all-around, vault final and with her beloved Final Five teammates in the team all-around competition. Biles even managed to secure a bronze medal in the women's beam final on Monday after a slight fall.
Before the competition began, Biles posted a photo of herself with close friend and Final Five member, Raisman, on Twitter saying: 'Ready to take the floor one last time with this girl, before closing out our Olympic experience."
Now that the Olympics are over, The Final Five are headed to New York for a press tour.
As for where the Final Five women will store their medals?
"In a safe! They are precious items!" Simone tells PEOPLE.
