While Zoë Kravitz and rapper A$AP Rocky were at SXSW to play music for fans, they also hosted a private screening Friday of their upcoming film "Dope."

It was one of Sundance's hottest titles, and its director, Rick Famuyiwa, is in talks to next helm Kerry Washington in an HBO film about the Anita Hill-Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination-hearings scandal.

"Dope," with Pharrell Williams and Sean Combs on the producing team, follows LA nerds who get mixed up with a drug dealer.
