Actions speak louder than words, and Beyoncé and Jay Z really proved they are ready to take on their 22-day vegan challenge.

The lovey-dovey duo popped into organic vegan West Hollywood hotspot Real Food Daily at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the same day the family patriarch announced the couple's plans to kick off their new extra healthy lifestyle.

"The two walked in with one bodyguard," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "The restaurant was packed, and Jay was following Beyoncé as cute as a puppy dog as she walked in and said hi to some friends she knew. They then made their way to a table in the back, where they sat with two guys and two girls."

The observer didn't catch what the couple munched on, but the pop starlet did Instagram an array of mouthwatering vegan dishes the same day she was spotted out.
