The company has a program that has a lot of integrated environments with multiple systems that is connected to different branches within the company. These integrations are all real time services, and the Systems Analyst will be expected to understand the architecture of this program/system on a constant basis. They will be developing new projects within this program, so they will participate in design, discussions, and development. A lot of the development is done off shore, so the Systems Analyst will be doing complex code review. They need to have experience doing Java coding, and they need to have an understanding of Enterprise Service Bus because they will be expected to drive the design discussions, do code reviews, do low level design, and they will be accountable for signing off on these things
