Description:
Work with global system administration contacts to coordinate system administration and instance management activities.
Work with the Corporate Systems team to coordinate and monitor system development activities
Communicate maintenance windows and outages with key stakeholders
Communicate and validate patch requirements with ERP team
Participate in coordination of system refreshes
Participate in supporting Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Notifications (Administration only)
Trouble-shoot user issues with system security and passwords
Trouble shoot technical issues and problems, partnering with developers and Oracle onDemand/Support personnel
Escalate issues through internal channels or directly with Oracle support as necessary
