Bobby Brown's kids have come to the singer's defence over ongoing accusations suggesting he is ultimately responsible for his ex-wife Whitney Houston's demise.
The singer's three grown-up children joined Brown for a candid pre-taped TV interview with the Today Show, which will aired on Thursday morning.
Brown told host Matt Lauer that he was not the guy who turned Houston on to drugs, insisting, "I'm not the reason she's gone," and the star's kids subsequently painted their father as a "great person" who they can always count on.
They also insisted his bad boy image is not an accurate one.
Brown's daughter LaPrincia told Lauer, "He's been my best friend, like, my whole life and if I ever have a problem with anything I know I can always go to him... They (public) definitely do not have the right perception of him."
She joined brothers Landon and Bobby, Jr. on the show.
