Position: .Net /Web Developer
Location: (Remote)
Duration:6+months
This project will develop and deploy a new public facing website for the Arizona Department of Transportation. The website will take into consideration a contemporary look that is appealing, engaging, and easy to navigate with a main emphasis on usability using a web content management system.
The TWO application developers will be responsible for developing a website content management system using - Telerik's Sitefinity CMS.
Milestones and Anticipated Deliverables
1. Server setup
2. Sitefinity installation, set-up and deployment
3. Build system architecture and integration mapping
4. Configure Sitefinity user management to specifications
5. Configure Sitefinity role management to specifications
6. Implement interface designs into Sitefinity themes
7. Configure content categorization (taxonomy) within Sitefinity to match requirements
8. Configure website navigation system to match requirements and content category hierarchy
9. Create custom add-ons within Sitefinity to implement various JavaScript elements (tabs, toggles, image galleries, tool tips, etc.)
10. Integrate social media content via various Sitefinity add-on elements
11. Configure site wide search engine
12. Configure Sitefinity blog to match specifications
13. Configure Sitefinity mobile theme to match specifications (Solar Mobile)
14. Configure event calendar module
15. Configure user question input module
16. Configure website analytics within Sitefinity
17. Provide quality assurance testing and system bug tracking
18. Provide user training once site is through beta testing
19. Provide Sitefinity skills transfer, project design and construction documentation to Department application developers
20. User, System and Deployment documentation
21. Agile / Scrum Project progress verification
Required
1. Minimum 2+ years in Sitefinity experience.
2. Minimum 5+ years programming in Microsoft environment.
3. Minimum 2+ years in ASP.Net experience.
4. Minimum 2+ years in C# experience.
5. Minimum 1+ years in JavaScript experience.
6. Minimum 3+ years SQL Server experience.
7. Minimum 3+ years SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
8. Minimum 1+ year of AJAX experience.
9. Minimum 1+ year of XML experience.
