You can ask anybody and they will tell you that losing weight is one of the most difficult things a person can do in their life. Sticking to a diet and workout plan is near impossible for most people. It takes massive amounts of motivation and persistence in order for a person to follow through on a weight loss plan and actually lose weight. Losing weight in 2 weeks is most likely not the smartest thing to do as you may end up harming your body further because it is unhealthy...
