NEW YORK (Billboard) – Rihanna holds at No. 1 for a third non-consecutive week on the Social 50 chart, which ranks the most active artists on the world's leading social networking sites -- MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and iLike.

The ranking uses a formula blending weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with weekly artist page views and weekly song plays. The final ranking also includes a measurement that identifies the ratio of page views to fans.

Justin Bieber bumps up 3-2, his third week in the runner-up slot in the five weeks that the chart has been in existence.

Lady Gaga rebounds 6-3 to reach a new peak, the Black Eyed Peas and Eminem stand still, holding at number 4 and 5, respectively. Akon ascends 7-6.

Leave it to a racy video to turn on the social masses. Enrique Iglesias' not-safe-for-work clip for "Tonight I'm F*****' You" premiered last week online and set the viral world on fire. The singer vaults from No. 21 to No. 7 with the largest gain of Facebook fans (up 125%) on the chart following the debut of "Tonight's" sexually charged video on December 23.

Rounding out the top 10 are Michael Jackson, who moves up a slot to No. 8, Linkin Park, which climbs 10-9, and Katy Perry, who drops 8-10.

Bay Area duo Pomplamoose has been inescapable this holiday season as they and their music have been the centerpiece of Hyundai's Christmas widely-seen television advertising campaign.

In the three spots, the act puts their distinctive spin on holiday standards "Jingle Bells," "Deck the Halls" and "Up on the Housetop." With that exposure, Pomplamoose is the top debut at No. 29 and posts the chart's best percentage gain among YouTube channel page views (up 78%).

With the absence of Pomplamoose holiday tracks at digital retailers, YouTube is a main source for those desiring to see the TV spots.

Keri Hilson also enters the tally at number 35, owed to the buzz generated by the release of her new album, "No Boys Allowed," on December 21. She posts percentage increases in all monitored social segments: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, iLike and MySpace.

2. Snooki's Jersey Shore house soiree: So what if the city put the kibosh on dropping the pint-sized MTV star in a ball from the middle of Times Square—the show must go on! Snooki will now be ringing in 2011 in Jersey at the cast's original shore house as MTV cuts back and forth between there and New York. No word on who else is coming, but Snooki's already shown that she can have fun all by herself (anyone remember her champagne-fueled bubble bath and solo dance parties?). And she's still getting dropped!

3. Prince Azim's party: If his New Year's Eve party is anything like his birthday party last year, this is going to be one lavish soiree. Prince Azim of Brunei rented out an entire London hotel for his 26th birthday in 2009 and personally paid big bucks for celebs like Kristen Bell, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson to appear. For his New Year's fete in London, he's paying $75,000 alone for 90210 hottie Matt Lanter's attendance.

4. Cabo San Lucas: Some stars have opted to pass on a paycheck and celebrate the holiday south of the border. Although there's not an official party here, celebs are flocking to Mexico to ring in 2011. Paris Hilton and Cy Waits are in town, along with George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis, who hung with Cameron Diaz and A-Rod in Cabo over Christmas.

5. Ciroc the New Year in Miami: As if we aren't going to put our own bashes on this list! E! and Ciroc are throwing a rooftop party at the Gansevoort with Kourtney Kardashian. Our oceanfront celebration will have an open bar, fireworks, and Scott Disick (you know you wanna see what he'll wear). WASHINGTON (AFP) – Pop star Janet Jackson wanted to find her most avid fans -- and they are apparently in Asia. After asking fans for suggestions over her website, Jackson announced that she would launch her world tour in Singapore on February 7. She will also perform in Hong Kong on February 14.

"Your votes are helping me decide where to bring this very intimate, very different show," she said in a statement issued Monday.

The chart-topping singer and younger sister of late pop icon Michael Jackson plans to tour 35 cities in 2011 to promote her new album, which features 35 of her top hits.

Jackson last planned to tour Asia in 2009 with five concerts in Japan but canceled them, with her promoter blaming the global economic crisis.

Newlywed Nicole Richie has been given another reason to celebrate as she prepares to ring in 2011 - she'll start the New Year as a free woman.

The socialite/actress' probation for a 2006 DUI charge was terminated on Wednesday, two months before it was scheduled to end.

Richie, who wed rocker Joel Madden earlier this month, was arrested after police spotted her driving the wrong way on an Los Angeles freeway.

Her probation was scheduled to end in February, but her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley went to court on Wednesday morning to present a judge with proof Nicole had completed all the terms of her probation, according to TMZ.com.

The judge agreed to terminate it early.
